If you have been cited for speeding in a construction zone, the box on your citation will be marked by the officer.
For 1-20 MPH over the waiver amount is $150.00
For 21-30 MPH over the waiver amount is $170.00
Over 31 MPH must appear
Waivers can be paid by cash, money order or certified check. In addition, Visa or MasterCard may be used if the card is in your name at the Vandalia Municipal Court. For your convenience, you may pay on-line using Visa or MasterCard.
